1. Overview: At MWG Web Designs, we take pride in creating custom websites and digital solutions for your business. Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Deposits and Project Initiation: A deposit or full payment may be required before we start your project. The deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows us to begin work on your website. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Refunds: Refunds will only be considered if MWG Web Designs is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service. Minor revisions, design preferences, or delays caused by client input do not qualify for a refund. In the event a refund is approved, it will be calculated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

4. Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Refunds, if approved, will be returned through the same payment method.

5. Project Cancellation: Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
